4-CN-BINACA-ADB is an indazole-3-carboxamide-based synthetic cannabinoid closely related to other indazole-based synthetic cannabinoids. Originally in development as painkillers, indazole synthetic cannabinoids are potent CB1 cannabinoid receptor agonists due to their indazole core [1, 2]. 4-CN-BINACA-ADB takes the form of a yellow crystalline powder. While it hasn’t been studied by medical researchers or reported about in medical journals, anecdotal evidence suggests the chemical becomes active at as low a dose as 0.1 mg.
No studies on this particular chemical have been done to date. However, research suggests that indazole-3-carboxamide-based synthetic cannabinoids are up to 3 times more potent than indole-based synthetic cannabinoids, such as JWH-018 .
