Description
Pharmacokinetics:
4F-ADB, also known as 4F-MDMB-PINACA, is a potent indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid and an analogue of 5F-ADB. Very little scientific research has been done on 4F-ADB, but it’s known to have a powerful agonistic affinity for CB1 cannabinoid receptors. Its scientific nomenclature is (S)-N-(1-amino-3-(3,4-difluorophenyl)propan-2-yl)-5-chloro-4-(4-chloro-1-methyl-1H-pyrazol-5-yl)furan-2-carboxamide (C20H28FN3O3).
Scientific Studies:
While no studies have been done to examine the functions and effects of 4F-ADB, its better-known analogue, 5F-ADB, has been better studied. If 4F-ADB works in a similar way as 5F-ADB upon cannabinoid receptors in the body’s endocannabinoid system, it may stimulate the dopaminergic system, causing an increase in dopamine levels [2].
