Pharmacokinetics:

MMB-CHMINACA is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid also known as MDMB-CHMCA, AMB-CHMINACA and MA-CHMINACA. Its molecular formula is N-[[1-(cyclohexylmethyl)-1H-indazol-3-yl]carbonyl]-L-valine, methyl ester (C₂₁H₂₉N₃O₃) [1]. It acts a potent agonist upon CB1 cannabinoid receptors. It’s an analog of AB-CHMINACA, whereby the hydroxyl moiety is replaced with a methyl ester group [1].

Scientific Studies:

MMB-CHMINACA has been mentioned in scientific journals only in the context of reports on its effects on hospitalized patients. While it hasn’t been looked at in a controlled lab study, scientists have noted that its molecular structure is significantly more complex than both THC and synthetic cannabinoids of the “first generation” such as JHW018 [2].

Also, one 2017 study published in “Substance Use and Misuse” compiled anecdotal evidence from MMB-CHMINACA users posted online, to get a general sense for its effect. The study found that acccording to anecdotal evidence, the most common positive effect of MMB-CHMINACA is reported to be euphoria. The most common negative effects reported anecdotally are heart palpitations, vomiting, loss of consciousness, chest pain and anxiety. There are also some reports of visual hallucinations [3].
