Pharmacokinetics:
PY is an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid in the indazole-3-carboxamide family. Its molecular formula written in scientific nomenclature is N-(1-Amino-1-oxo-3-phenylpropan-2-yl)-1-Butyl-1H-indazole-3-carboxamide. It’s an indazole-based synthetic cannabinoid in the indazole-3-carboxamide family. Its three “amino,” “phenyl” and “propanone” elements make it structurally related to the synthetic cannabinoids known as PX-1 (5F-APP-PICA), PX-2 (5F-APP-PINACA) and APP-FUBINACA.
Scientific Studies:
PY has yet to be studied by the medical community, but other synthetic cannabinoids with the same indazole-3-carboxamide base have been well researched and reported on in scientific journals. Other compounds with the same base are known for having a greater affinity for the CB1 receptor, and for being more potent than the well-known synthetic cannabinoid JWH-018 [1].
